of Platform Use

By registering an account, accessing, or using any services provided by mama4, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required not to use the mama4 platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of those changes.

mama4 operates under international licensing and is subject to applicable laws and regulations. All users are responsible for complying with local laws relating to online betting activities in their respective areas.

mama4 services are available exclusively to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Aged 21 years or above at the time of registration
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not located in a region or country that prohibits participation in online betting
• Not an employee of mama4, an immediate family member of an employee, or a related entity
• Has not previously been removed or banned from using the platform

mama4 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one active account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all such accounts without return of any balance.

During registration, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name as per your identity card (MyKad), mobile phone number and a valid email address
• Choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential — do not share your login details with anyone
• Notifying mama4 immediately if there is any unauthorised access to your account
• Updating your personal information if any changes occur

mama4 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a user's negligence in maintaining the security of their own account.

All financial transactions on the mama4 platform are subject to the following policy:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after full account verification is complete
• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH

Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances requiring approval from the mama4 finance team. Withdrawal requests that do not meet identity verification requirements will be held until the KYC process is complete.

mama4 reserves the right to reject or suspend any transaction that raises suspicion of fraud or money laundering, and reserves the right to report such activity to the relevant authorities.

mama4 offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions set for each promotion.

The currently active welcome bonus conditions are as follows:

• 150% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000
• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn
• Calculation example: a deposit of RM100 generates a bonus of RM150, making the balance RM250, with a wagering requirement of RM150 × 25 = RM3,750
• Second calculation example: a deposit of RM1,400 generates a bonus of RM1,000, making the balance RM2,400, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000

mama4 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including registering multiple accounts, using a VPN, or collusion between players — will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.

All betting and gameplay on the mama4 platform is subject to the rules and procedures set by the respective game providers and mama4's internal guidelines. By participating in any game, you agree that:

• Game results are final once the transaction is confirmed by the system
• mama4 is not responsible for technical disruptions beyond our control, though reasonable recovery steps will be taken
• Use of third-party software, automated bots, or any unauthorised method to gain an advantage is prohibited
• Winnings arising from technical bugs or system errors are not considered valid and may be voided
• mama4 reserves the right to change betting limits, game options and odds at any time

The following are strictly prohibited on the mama4 platform:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity using a mama4 account
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in games
• Use of false identities, forged documents or another person's personal information
• Any attempt to hack, intrude into or disrupt mama4 systems
• Use of a VPN or proxy to conceal a true location with the intent of circumventing the terms of use
• Selling, transferring or pledging an account to another party
• Any form of threats, harassment or inappropriate conduct towards staff or other users

mama4 is committed to protecting users' personal information. The collection, processing and storage of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

By using this platform, you agree that mama4 may collect and process information including registration data, transaction history, betting records and device information for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, service improvement and legal compliance.

Your information will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. For more information, please refer to our full Privacy Policy.

mama4 services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, mama4 makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability or the absolute accuracy of information displayed.

mama4 will not be held liable for:

• Any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the platform
• Loss of data or service interruption due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
• Financial decisions made based on information displayed on the platform
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence

mama4's maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the account balance held at the time the incident occurs.

Users may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the mama4 support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.

mama4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms and conditions stated in this document
• Failed identity verification or false information discovered
• Suspicious activity or activity that may be unlawful
• Request from a relevant authority
• Failure to meet the required compliance obligations

In cases of termination due to a breach, mama4 reserves the right to hold the account balance until the investigation is complete. Legitimate funds will be returned in accordance with established procedures after the investigation concludes.

As a responsible platform, mama4 provides self-control tools to help users maintain healthy gaming habits:

• Daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits upon user request
• Temporary or permanent self-exclusion options for users who feel they need a break
• Session time limits to prevent excessive use
• Access to problem gambling support and counselling resources

mama4 reserves the right to change, add to or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to users via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the effective date.

Continued use of the platform after the terms have been updated means you accept the amendments. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the new terms take effect.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the international licensing operations of this platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement will be resolved through arbitration or the dispute resolution mechanism stipulated by the relevant licensing authority.

If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions remain fully valid and in force.
